Novotel Cambridge North

Habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas. Wifi en todo el edificio. Muy buena atención del personal, en especial (me da vergüenza decirlo ya que no conozco su nombre), la chica italiana. El restaurante cumple la expectativas. Está cerca de la estación Cambridge North, pero no hay mucho más.

A veces había que ser un poco insistente con el personal para que te ayudara, como para pedir un recibo. Faltaría una lavandería autousuario.

Ontbijt was redelijk. Alleen werd er slecht aangevuld. Bepaalde items op, en werden - zelfs halverwege de ontbijt tijd - niet meer aangevuld. Sorry, zijn op… was de reactie. Dat kan gewoon niet

We loved the hotel and the facilities. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The young girl who was working on the coffee counter was lovely, polite and is a credit to the hotel.

Some of the staff struggled to understand basic questions about getting a towel and card for the pool. Having to ask about the card four times and being told on the fourth time that "I just gave you one" (this was not the case). Then my wife was finally given not one but two cards for the pool although she was going alone. Also, struggled to understand when my wife asked for another toilet roll. Breakfast was poor. Hardest fried eggs I've ever eaten.

Lovely staff!!!

Reasonably-sized family room. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Handy refrigerator. Swimming pool. Car park relatively conveniently located.

Very expensive. Breakfast not included. Very expensive car parking which could benefit from better external signage. Swimming pool and fitness centre access via first floor corridor then descent into basement a bit unusual. Overall, the hotel stay didn't feel like value for money.
