"Excellent place to stay."

Large room. Excellent stay for a large group of people. AC and water pressure was EXCELLENT. Very clean and well maintained. Nice stay. Large refrigerator in room and d only a 5-7 minute walk from train station. Right near castle and restaurants. Perfect location.

A bit hard to find at night. Took us a while to find in ra8n at night. Maybe better signage or lighting so one isn’t confused on where it is located. YOU HAVE TO CLIMB A FEW STAIRS TO GET TO LOCK BOX AND FRONT DOOR.

"Good"

The house is clean and the stay is comfortable. The location is good (which is next to the Kakegawa castle) and there are many things to see at walking distance.

Most of the instruction is given at the email about collecting the key. (Although it takes us some time to figure out as the information is not too clear.) There is a staircase that you need to carry all your suitcases up by hand in order to reach the door. The staircase looks a bit spooky and dirty.
