The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of everything (Just be aware that it could be a bit noisy at this location.)

The room was very clean, but had a strong, moldy smell. Also, I still don't understand the value of having a balcony if I'm not allowed to smoke cigarettes.

For me the hotel was exactly what I needed. Just into Pattaya for 7 nights to relax, switch off from the normal mundane life, do some exercise each day, which I was able to do with the gym and sauna they had. We were on the 7th floor and it was just great. One bug bear of mine is the lifts. I've stayed in other hotels and they are slow and take ages (Herman Hotel). These, up down no nonsense. Sauna great. Breakfast wife was over keen on, but I don't eat it so her opinion.

Wife said that some of the staff gave her glances as she is Thai and is not just visiting for that reason. Just used the pool for 2 hours a day. Tad cold and shallow, but ok for a dip pool.

Good location central to everything. Nice friendly staff, clean with good aircon, nice pool & gym

Noisy till 2am from nearby bars & breakfast good choices but cold if you choose bacon egg etc,

Everything looked and still felt like its new. Super clean, very professional staff. And great location for night life and shopping

Rooms closer to street side could do with improved sound proofing. Could still hear the drunks outside.
