夜22:30頃に突然5階から火災発生との放送が流れとっさに非常階段から降りて逃げました。 他の宿泊者もパニックになりホテル前の道は狭いのに人で溢れかえりました。 何分たってもホテル従業員の姿が見えず、何の説明や案内がなく、ただただ外で逃げて待つという恐怖の時間を味わいました。 20分ほどしてセコム？セキュリティーのおじさんが一人やってきてそこにフロントらしき若いスタッフさんを発見。必死に慌しく走り回る様子が見受けられました。 どうやらホテルスタッフはたったの一人だけ。 その後警察や消防士がやってきて誤報なのだという声が聞こえました。 がエレベーターは止まったまま。警報器も鳴り止まず。安心できない時間が30分以上もありました。 宿泊費が安い理由がよくわかりました。 夜は従業員一人のみで人件費を削減しているのでしょう。泊まった部屋は広く、掃除もしっかりされていましたが運営に問題あり。

The staff were unhelpful and didn’t care that we had been rained on and soaking wet to let us check in early so we sat for 2hrs in wet clothes while they held our luggage. The power points were all over the room except for next to the beds where you would expect. Also the entire hotel smelt of cigarettes with no amenities. Would not stay again!
