La casa è comoda e il fatto di avere un bagno per ogni stanza è fondamentale

Alcuni mobili sono rotti, avevamo prenotato la culla e non la abbiamo mai avuta, il Wi-Fi non ha mai funzionato, mancano utensili per pulire…

Posizione comoda, molto ben servita da negozi e locali.

Abbiamo segnalato, dal primo giorno del nostro arrivo e più volte durante il nostro soggiorno, che il condizionatore, il televisore e il wi-fi non funzionavano, nonostante gli appuntamenti dati, non è mai venuto nessuno per risolvere il problema.

Well equipped with comfortable beds, clean and functional - perfect for our stay as a group of friends. Owner also was happy to accommodate a later check out when one of us fell unwell which was very kind. Very central location which meant that everything was walking distance!

Door was a bit hard to open and there was a bit of miscommunication for our check in (we were told someone would come to meet us when we arrived), some plugs are loose and dangerous to use

Location was great!

The showers drains were filthy and mostly plugged. The bedding on king beds were single sheets laid sideways for bottom sheet. No top sheets provided in one room and no other bedding available. Expected to provide toilet paper and garbage bags. Also to take out the garbage but there were no bins anywhere close to the apartment. When issues were raised we recieved no reply to our concerns. Very late request to do a check out walk through that was not prebooked nor convenient.
