Awful. The view from the apartment on Hotels.com is of a completed apartment block. However, this is not true. It is a building site where they start work at 07:00. Next door is a music bar which closes at 02:30. Impossible to get any decent sleep. Also would not describe it as “luxury”. We were offered alternative accommodation in the same block which would have made no difference.

The cleanliness, comfort, facilities and safety were excellent.

The property itself is amazing - there was nearby construction that did not provide some privacy and quietness (at the time of my stay) that I wasn’t aware of.

We really enjoyed our stay in paphos. The apartment was very clean and the location is perfect (walking distance from harbour, beach, restaurants, pubs and supermarket).

No private parking for the room. There is a big parking shared between all apartments. Note that it may be full so you have to park outside. Advice: Bring travel power plug with you to comply with Cyprus standards.

Nice small apartment, with all the necessary equipment available. Nearby supermarket.

Humidity smell inside the apartment. Couldn't lock any of the 4 balcony doors as locks were broken. Bath towels were washed but smelled of humidity and found some hair between, from previous guests. Parking was a complete mess. Couldn't park there. Live (loud) music every night at the nearby bar. Across the street is construction going on - which is mentioned in the fine print. Would be good if the property would provide 1-2 washing powder tablets so you don't have to go to the shop and buy big box. Same would be nice with the dishwashing liquid dispenser on the wall and a clean sponge. AC in the bedroom was not responding to the remote after some time so had to use the main switch for on and off.
