The front desk, the security and the restaurant staff were all so nice and helpful. Riya from the restaurant was very helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed at breakfast, she was very attentive to all our needs, the chefs and the other restaurant staff were also very good. Thinzar from housekeeping was absolutely amazing, he always went out of his way for any requests we had and cleaned our room to perfection, he always made sure everything was perfect and spotless.

What was possibly the best aspect of the hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast had everything from omelettes to french toast and so much more. This made me and my family look forward to breakfast every morning as we could try out something new every single day. The hotel had amazing service. I would like to shout out Ali, who was an amazing person to talk to, a very kind individual, and always had a smile. The Element Marriott staff are accommodating and kind to answer questions and gives accurate guidance. The room staff Samier is very efficient, everyday he comes to take out the garbage, and provides water, sugar and tea which well appreciated. Linens and towels are change frequently. He vacuums the room and keep the bathroom tidy and clean. We appreciate your high customer service. Our stay is like a home away from home. We feel rested and relaxed after a tired day.

Although the issue was initially mistaken for a food-related reaction, it was later confirmed to be caused by bedbug activity in the room. Despite raising this matter immediately and even emailing the General Manager, no one has responded or taken ownership of the situation. This reflects a serious lapse in hygiene, guest safety, and service standards. We request urgent action, a thorough inspection, and appropriate corrective measures to ensure the well-being of all residents.

A free shuttle service runs regularly to Burjuman Metro Station, Dubai Mall, and Kite Beach, which makes getting around very easy. It takes about 25–30 minutes to walk to the nearest metro (ADCB metro station or Sharaf DG), through a safe and pleasant area, or just 10 minutes by taxi to downtown. 🏊 Facilities There’s a lovely rooftop pool with a beautiful city view — perfect for relaxing after exploring Dubai. Towels are available at the pool. 👨👩👧 For families We traveled as a family — my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I. Everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Our daughter especially loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere. ✨ Conclusion Aloft Al Mina is a modern, stylish, and very cozy hotel. As we waited for the transplant to arrive, for the surgery and post-recovery, we were treated so well by our housekeeping staff. They were kind, friendly and always wanting to go the extra mile for us. In particular, we want to appreciate Sameer who made a difficult stay more enjoyable. When you are in a suspended state, even a smile can make the difference. The hotel property is not close to a metro stop so be prepared to walk, or take cabs/other transport to get around. The hotel was clean, well organized, with a helpful front desk, as well.

- 636bereniceb (10/5): A good decent hotel for travellers looking to save on coins, not comfort - The hotel is well located in an area with shops, pharmacy, hospital around (you can literally walk around, just not in the daytime in August because of the heat) and not far from shopping areas like Deira or Burjman mall. Check-in was quick and team accommodated our request to have a 2-bed room instead of a single bed. The room itself was large enough for 2, pleasant to stay in, well lit and sunlight comes in without blinding. Bathroom area was great but please review water temperature. It doesn’t get really hot. Housekeeping by Sirjana: she was the sweetest & cutest 🥰 always available, always prompt to respond to enquiries! She left us a towel swan 🦢 The restaurant for breakfast and buffet is good. Good food, with mostly Indian influence and European pastries. Well stocked up, super fresh vegetables. Nice staff ready to help with special requests. Price of buffet in the evening is very reasonable too if you don’t feel like ordering in or dining out. Overall, a very good first experience at Aloft Al Mina!

The breakfast and lunch is also enjoyable with the assistance of Ms. Nyein, who is aware of my coffee order from the dinner and served the same during my breakfast. My appreciation extended to the chefs who made amazing omelette what we wanted, also are willing to give me options beyond the a la carte menu lunch as a special gesture, however I loved fish and chips in the menu. Overall the whole team were amazing. Till we meet again!

- Lauren (10/5): - Absolutely loved this hotel!! It was super clean, and the staff were fantastic at making me feel welcomed and looked after. The only downside was the amount of construction happening in the area - this made it difficult to walk places that could have been walkable and also made it hard to access local public transport. Fortunately, the hotel had its own shuttle service into the Financial District and beach, which made life a lot easier. Loved the pool as well!

I then waited 30-45 minutes before the shuttle service could arrive to drive me there. Needless to say, horrible!
