Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben wir keinen Mitarbeiter gesehen. Alles lief vollständig anonym ab. Ein Frühstück wird nicht angeboten. Das Zimmer war zwar völlig in Ordnung, dennoch können wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Der Grund dafür ist eine Praxis, die uns schockiert hat: Wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, werden Gäste mit einem Rabatt auf die nächste Buchung belohnt, wenn sie eine besonders gute Bewertung abgeben. Damit werden Bewertungen faktisch gekauft und verlieren jede Aussagekraft. Es ist für uns unverständlich, dass Booking.com eine solche Praxis duldet. Genau deshalb vergeben wir bewusst eine kritischere Bewertung. Ehrliche Bewertungen sollten auf der tatsächlichen Erfahrung beruhen und nicht durch finanzielle Anreize beeinflusst werden.
