Clean, comfortable, privacy and far from the crowds, the pool, the view, the sunrise was amazing, well equipped, and the staff’s communication and assistance were very helpful and convenient.

The shower does not have a door, room service can come unexpectedly to the veranda.

We spent our honeymoon at Mardanza Exclusive in late August 2025, and it was truly breathtaking. The view of the sea is absolutely magical – especially at sunrise – and we found ourselves getting lost in the moment time and time again. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Although Santorini can be quite busy during the summer months, we really appreciated the peace and privacy our villa offered. After a full day exploring the nearby villages, it was such a joy to relax at our own private pool. The villa itself was beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and offered total privacy. There was a supermarket less than a 5-minute drive away, and several nice restaurants were within walking distance. The host even arranged a sunset boat tour for us – one of the most romantic experiences of our trip. We wholeheartedly recommend Mardanza Exclusive to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. Everything was more than perfect.

We arrived with great anticipation at 4 pm, only to discover that no one is available to greet guests between 3 and 6 pm. Eventually someone did help carry our bags up to the room, but they couldn’t advise us on where to find food or supplies. With no restaurants nearby and most of the activity happening on the other side of the island, this made things quite challenging. When we reached out to the host, the first response was simply to “read the information in the link,” which felt unhelpful in the moment. Another disappointment was the view. The listing photos gave us the impression we’d be enjoying sunsets, but the property actually faces east—sunrise only. While that was ultimately our oversight for not double-checking, it was still very disappointing compared to what we expected. On the positive side, the accommodation itself is premium. The private plunge pool and comfortable amenities were excellent, and breakfast served outside our room in the morning sun was a lovely touch (though this wasn’t clearly explained in advance). The biggest issue for us, however, was accessibility. We are not young or especially fit, and walking 800 m up a 10% grade plus another 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket was simply not realistic. When we expressed this to the host, the response came across as defensive rather than understanding. In the end, while the accommodation was high quality, the overall experience felt more like dealing with a business than enjoying a relaxing holiday.

L’endroit est calme et paisible, et contrairement à d’autres établissements de l’île, nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres. La piscine est un régal !

Direi tutto! La pulizia, la vista, l’arredamento interno, la piscina all’esterno, terrazzo enorme! Incredibile tutto!
