Only one towel and even after repeatedly asking for towel - we barely got two more for a family of 4.

Pictures still show 2 beds in a room. No longer available due to renovations last year. Only 1 bed per room. There is no "full" kitchen as you have to hope to get a portable cooktop for which there are not enough to go around. You have to ask for housekeeping even though the room information decal on the mirror says they will do it every other day. Getting towels for the room or pool is very difficult, not enough to go around. Would not recommend staying here as the staff is ineffective in serving guests in all departments. Owner was made aware via email response to his inquiry with no response to date.

Room amenities. Plates, fridge, etc. The staff were nice. Good lobby to hangout. Clean halls and elevators. Sufficient car parking. Good temp control in rooms.

Untimely. It took over 24 hours for us to get towels and an unclogged drain. Over 6 phone calls and many many texts. Also the eggs and French toast sticks literally absorbing the smells of the sausage and bacon. Vegetarians eat eggs and are unable to due to the meat smoke infusing into the eggs and French toast sticks. Unfortunate. Coffee was repeatedly weak (watered down?).

Receptionist is quit rude, and not polite at all. She Shows no manner.

Close to restaurants and the freeway Friendly and helpful staff

Every now and then I’d get a whiff of a sewage smell inside my room . Doesn’t seem like anything to do with the cleanliness of the hotel though

The place was clean and front desk staff were great.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired.
