Non ho potuto soggiornare nell'albergo perchè il volo Transavia del giorno successivo il mio pernottamento è stato annullato per un incidente subito da un altro aereo il giorno prima. Ho chiesto, appena avuta la notizia dell'annullamento del mio volo, di cancellare la prenotazione, ma con grande disappunto mi è stato risposto che non era possibile, neache il riconoscimento di un voucher per un successivo pernottamento. Da un grande albergo come Ibis mi sarei aspettato un trattamento migliore.
