The cooker was broken so we couldnt cook, the fridge and freezer didnt work so the $200 worth of food and meat we bought went off. i rang the owner about getting it fixed 2 days before hurricane beryl as i was there with 4 kids and was going to be stuck in the apartment during the storm and i would need to feed the kids. Nobody came to fix anything and all we got was excuses on why the cant get cooker and the fridge fixed. So i asked for the remaining 2 days money back so i can book into a hotel with my kids and they refused to do that . So i had to pay another 1600 dollars to move my family to a hotel just so we wasnt stuck in the apartment with no electricity and no food for 2 days during the storm. Also there was no head to the shower so i came out like it was coming out of a garden hose and there was all sand in the shower and the drain in the shower was blocked . Also the light in the kids bedroom didnt work so they was to scared to sleep in the bedroom, so they all had to sleep in the front room. All in all the apartment wasnt in any state to be rented out especially knowing that a hurricane was on its way . The host was completely unhelpful and just took our money then would of just left my family in the apartment during the storm. Dont rent of these people they are just here to take youre money . AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Loved the view and pool, the condo was very large.

We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to show up with keys at 9pm. We had to ask for paper towel, coffee cups, dish soap, there was no dish towels or dish clothes, soap or shampoo. The elevator did not work the week we were there, wasn't fun hauling luggage and groceries up 4 flights of stairs! The pictures of the condo show a pool by the gym but it was drained. The hot tub on the deck wasn't working, would have been nice to have outside chairs for the deck. No information book in the condo. No microwave or kettle, just a tiny coffee maker.
