"Great Appreciated Stay."

Front desk staff went out of there way to find us a room when there were vertually none available. They tried a few groups/companies to find out if all their people were coming for the booked rooms. They then were told that one person was not coming till the morning. So they then gave me that room. All other hotels in the area were also full. We would have been sleeping in the car if it was not for their perseverance and commitment. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. And breakfast was good.

The use of smart phone was unnecessarily complicated. Your password was complicated. The personal photo requirement you had for secirity reason was a pain ice ass, especially that upon usage the system did nor recognize when I produced another photo at your request. To complete the picture the breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. All that for a very high price. You will never see me again but you may read about my comments on tourist satisfaction in NS
