This was my second time staying here. It's closed to everything in the Downtown area. I love the roof top bar as well. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed here last weekend to attend the Paul McCartney concert. It was a nice stay. One of the best parts was the breakfast they offered. The service by Lizabeth was outstanding. She was so cheerful even in the early morning hours. She took great care of us. She got us water and brought out hot meals for us. It's people like her that make the experience of hotel staying great.

"Good location. Value for money is poor."

We were put next to a room right next to the elevator which was very loud. Gym was closed but was given no discount or update prior. It’s a perk we pay for and don’t receive which is frustrating.
