Location was good and 5 mins walk to River walk. Room size was pretty decent. Room’s and bathrooms were clean.

1. Elevators didn’t work. 2. I booked a river view room paying extra money and got a parking view room. Front desk said you will get a corner view of river after seeing his room maps while checking in. So he didn’t knew how to read the map. I called the front desk and they said sorry we don’t have any river view rooms at this property as we got surrounded by buildings everywhere and we can’t change your room as we are full.

Christopher and Christian both provided amazing service. Rooms were spotless. Excellent housekeeping! Rooftop bar is gorgeous with excellent service, and even better views of the riverwalk!

Decent walking distance to things, clean, showers were nice.

Beds were too hard for both my wife and I. We looked at the breakfast and thought was to expensive for what was offered. Parking took a long time to get vehicle, but that could have been do to the road closed.
