Food was very tasty. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staffs were very polite and courteous. 24*7 hot water in bathroom. Nothing to complain about.

Good Place To Stay For Holidays. Resort Staff was Very Supportive, Special Thanks To Amit, A Great Allrounder In The Resort. Food As Per Choice In Good Taste Was Available. The View From The Rooms Was Exceptional.

I really enjoyed my stay at Arcadia Heritage. The staff is very professional, kind and polite especially Mr. Amit and Ms. Anandi. Also they were very accommodative, especially towards my senior citizen parents who have dietary restrictions. They were more than willing to cook food according to our preference and ensure our comfort.

I'd suggest the hotel provides slippers as the wooden floors get quite cold during winters, and hair dryer in the washroom. These are the facilities you usually get at this price point at other hotels. Also I felt the room could be cleaned better. Further I believe room heater charges should be included in the room rent and not charged separately. Otherwise, it should be disclosed on the booking websites itself.

The staff's were very polite and helpful. The view was fantastic from the top and good ambience, quiet and peaceful. Just right for a relaxing trip.

Everything was good, except the steep climb to the resort. Taxis refused to go up the steep road and there weren't any other ortion but to walk. It's a good walk when you don't shop and carry stuffs. We did a lot of shopping so climbing the steep road was big challenge with a huge load.
