The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The location and view from the property was not as per description, the food wasn’t up to the mark, there was a huge delay in finishing the order placed. The services were expensive compared to the quality and quantity.

Warm welcome by the staff with khada. There welcome drink pure organic handmade tea was icing on the cake. Love everything food , hospitality, location away from the hustle. Will definitely visit again.

To summarize , the hotels honesty is in question. If you want to read the details, then continue the below. We have booked a hotel cab for day sightseeing and specifically told the hotel staff what we must want to see. But still, at the end of the day, we missed a few locations. Although the cab is hotels own and we had time, but still did not get that cooperation from hotel to see all the places we wanted to. Then again, I booked a cab to gangtok via hotel only. But a few kilometers before we reached the gangtok hotel, the driver stopped the car and refused to go further unless we paid some extra money. I called the hotel but did not get much help and stranded at night with my 74 year old father 8 year old daughter. Just to make some extra commission, I did not expect it from the hotel.
