Good location, modern inside

Tiny lift (we were on the 9th floor) and the AC was centrally controlled. When we checked in a coach party was being checked in and there was only one member of staff at reception.

Hôtel rénové, confortable. Bel accueil. Bien localisé (à distance de marche du port et du métro). Chambre très confortable.

Rien de majeur mais la personne à l'accueil devrait pouvoir donner un minimum d'information tel le prix du métro jusqu'à l'aéroport, quelques recommandations de restos,...

Close to the port and it has an elevator

Air con is pre set from the reception, we had to ask them several times to turn it back on, it was fine once they sorted it out, we stayed 2 nights.

The staff were very welcoming on the reception desk

It felt like we had no walls. We got a room that was right next to the lift and safe to say we didn’t sleep a wink. It was a real shame because it’s a perfect room with all essentials. It was the lack of respect from other residents and the fact that the walls were super thin. It was like staying in a night club from 11pm-4am
