Excellent location near the train station and shopping centre. Great size for the family. Loved staying here.

Some tea and coffee would have been great. Some where to put rubbish bags would have been good.

娘が鼻血を出してしまい、ベッドのシーツが汚れてしまいました。 チェックアウトの時、他の部屋の清掃されていたスタッフの方がすぐ確認してくださって、気持ちよく退出することができました。ありがとうございました。

Good stay near Chuo-Station

6人で泊まらせいただきましたが広さは満足いく広さでした。 中央駅にも近く立地的にはよかったです。

お部屋に入った瞬間カビ臭かった。換気のため窓を開けようとしたらホコリだらけ。備え付けの机の隅っこは綿ボコり。冷凍庫のゴムの隙間も黒く汚れていました。 見た目はきれいに見えましたが、匂いとホコリがすごく気になりました。

We were arriving early. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Kagoshima Chuo station on a straight road. I did not find or saw the door code for entrance in my emails, so we were bit clueless but luckily some other people were sitting on ground floor and let us in. Then check-in was easy with the machine at the entrance. But you better check the code in advance. The apartment had all we needed - well equipped. Clean, comfortable, quiet. There was no room service - so don't throw any smelly things into the garbage if you stay for few days.
