"Great location, nice and quiet, but a bit more care needed on maintenance"

Really excellent location! The apartment was light and airy with huge windows overlooking a large courtyard. Nice and quite to sleep.

The facilities and general maintenance could have been a bit better. For example, the metal stairs up to the mezzanine were not very secure and the coffee pot didn't have a handle. Just small things here and there.
