ok so, the reservations guy...so helpful and accommodating so he gets an A...the facilities in the room are poor. we have stayed in many motels all over New England and they all offered mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee and microwave..;like its standard and those place were much cheaper in cost so that was the let down for us.
This place was a great base if you're looking to be out and about in the area. It's a pretty straightforward motel, no bells and whistles, but the room interior was very clean, recently spruced up, and comfortable. It was foggy while we were there, but there's a pleasant area and dock to sit and watch the lake during downtime. I also appreciate that the Three Branches bakery and cafe is a short walk away and open at 7am in season, so grabbing a quick bite before heading out for the day was incredibly easy. We will very likely stay here again.
The sign to the inn has the wrong name on it. The mattress is ancient and rock hard.

A room booked for 2 only 3 Kcups and 3 pillows. Beautiful river behind but not much area to sit and enjoy! One area in the middle was full of junk.
Right on a beautiful lake. Rooms very clean. People very nice. Town closes down by 8, except for 1 bar/restaurant.
The beds were terrible felt all the springs we could hardly sleep. There were 3 of us only gave towels for 2. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms was little sad about it. The area is beautiful the water is right there beautiful little town
