Peut mieux faire ! Chambre spacieuse et propre, lit confortable. Toutefois, pour un hôtel 4****, la présence d’un mini-bar dans la chambre serait un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié. Les plats du restaurant sont très bons, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cependant, le service mérite quelques améliorations, et pas uniquement pour les stagiaires. Le SPA pourrait aussi être perfectionné : les boissons mises à disposition s’épuisent rapidement et ne sont pas réapprovisionnées. Enfin, au moment du check-out, il serait préférable de fournir une facture détaillée des dépenses. On nous a simplement annoncé un montant sans aucun justificatif, ce qui manque de professionnalisme. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon hôtel, mais avec quelques ajustements, il pourrait devenir excellent !
