Best Western Premier Hotel de la Cite Royale

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel à nos besoins. La chambre est très bien. La douche est marquée. Le matelas est dur. Mais la chambre est très bien équipée Le restaurant est très bon Et le petit déjeuner est complet

A beautiful property in a great location in the center of Loches, a medieval town. The rooms were adequate but could have had a few more amenities for a 4 star hotel. The hotel seems that it needs to be better managed: welcome at the reception was not great, there were no more towels at the spa and in the room, the shower stall could have been cleaner in the corners.So all in all it could be an amazing hotel but it lacks some key components still.

Rien à dire sinon fantastique. Seul bémol, le restaurant ce soir là avec comme thème « gastronomie «  n’a pas été à la hauteur avec 1h30 d’attente avant d’être servi puis le plat qui ne correspondait pas à la demande faite. Même après avoir repris le plat, il n’était pas bon la 2e fois. Pas de réaction après leur avoir fait remarquer le déconvenue. Hormis ce point , l’hôtel, l’accueil, les chambres… à recommander.

Bon séjour mais, déçus par la chambre : petite, un crayon mâché sur la table de nuit, de la poussière au plafond et le sèche-cheveux pas pratique. Les plus: petit déjeuner excellent, avec des produits de la région et une équipe sympathique.

Vackert hotell och perfekt läge till stan, bara korsa parkeringen så är man där. Vi bodde i ena tornet i familjesvit, plats för 5. Jättebra sängar o stort badrum. Städningen var dock undermålig för ett ställe som kallar sig premium. Fläckar i mattan o på väggarna, spindelväv och kryp i rummet, kalkavlagringar på badrumsväggar etc Wifi fungerade också väldigt dåligt.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, breakfast good too. Only outside terras furniture is not comfortable.

Fantastic location in there heart of the beautiful small town of Loches, with views towards the Royal Citadel. Our room had a huge balcony with the same fantastic view as from the main terrace, perfect for a late in-room breakfast. Modern decor inside a beautifully restored 19th Century building. We purchased our tickets for the visit at the hotel and walked to the site. We had diner outside on the terrace, very good cuisine, service is a but junior and not all are English speakers. I am always hesitant when I see "Best Western" in front of a hotel in France, but now I understand the "Premier" brand. 100% recommend.

Excellent hôtel pour passer un weekend dans la région. Chambre moderne, piscine agréable et emplacement super dans un village charmant. À refaire !
