מקום מהמם, עם נוף מדהים, שדרגו לנו את הדירה לכזו שהזמנתי בפעם הראשונה ונאלצתי לבטל עקב שינוי תאריכי נסיעה אז זו היתה הפתעה נעימה. הבריכות מדהימות, כיפיות וגדולות, מאוד ידידויות לילדים קטנים! בעיקר החלק עם העומק הנמוך המאפשר לקטנטנים לשחות ללא חשש. יש חניה צמודה לכל מתחם וזה היה נוח מאוד. מנהל חדר האוכל היה אדיב וקיבל אותנו בברכה בכל ארוחה, ולא רק אותנו, יחס אישי ומזמין. יש סופרמרקט במתחם, חדר משחקים לילדים, פארק מים קטן אך עם שעות נורא מוגבלות לטעמי. אחלה מתקנים סך הכל. היה נחמד שהיו אפשרויות צמחוניות בכל הארוחות ושפע של ירקות, היצע נרחב של שתיה קלה, יין ובירות. סך הכל נהנינו מאוד, מקום מקסים ואני אכן אמליץ אך אסייג בנקודות שציינתי לשלילה בתקווה שיקחו אותן בחשבון לטובת האורחים הבאים.

המזגנים היו רועשים מאוד, בעיקר לפנות בוקר וזה העיר את הבת שלנו משינה כל לילה. אין בידוד, שומעים את השכנים כאילו הם נמצאים איתנו בחדר, והיו כאלה שהיו ממש רועשים ברמה בלתי נסבלת. לא החליפו מגבות כל יום, ביום ראשון אין שירות ניקיון משום מה, כאשר ביקשו מהקבלה מגבות נקיות נאמר לנו שנקבל כשהשירות יחזור לפעול, זה לא היה שירותי ואדיב, ואפילו מזלזל. נורא מוזר שמלון עצום כזה לא נותן שום מענה לניקיון או מגבות/טואלטיקה שזה צורך בסיסי בימי ראשון. מאיזושהי סיבה גם לא ניקו את המרפסת שהיתה מלאה בחול ים שכנראה הבאנו איתנו כל יום וזה פשוט בשלב מסויים לא נעים לדרוך על הרצפה, מה גם שהכנסנו את הלכלוך חזרה איתנו לדירה כל פעם. ביום שני בבוקר צוות הניקיון שפך מים עם חומרי ניקוי בכל פינה אפשרית, במדרגות, מסביב לבריכה, ברוב המקומות לא היה אפילו שילוט שמזהיר מרצפה חלקה, מה גם שלא גרפו את המים זה היה מאוד מסוכן. בצוות הקבלה היו שתי נשים, אחת אוסטרלית שהיתה נחמדה מאוד, שירותית וחייכנית, לעומת זאת היתה אחת פחות נעימה, מבוגרת יותר שהיה לא נעים כל כך להתנהל מולה וזה גם הורגש היטב בצורה בה היא ענתה/טיפלה בצרכינו המאוד מינימלים.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Υπέροχη θέα! Ο κύριος που ήταν υπεύθυνος στο χώρο του πρωινού ήταν εξαιρετικός!

Θα έπρεπε να έχει μεγαλύτερο πάρκινγκ.

Very nice and clean resort, excelent breakfast. The view is amazing. 10-15 min walk to the beach.

The location is brilliant and the hotel itself is stunning. The pool was a good size and always spotless as were the rooms

The restaurant manager was very unhelpful and at times rude. He lacked customer service. We asked twice whether we needed to book a table for one of the (terrible) entertainment night - there are only two a week. We were assured we didn’t. When we arrived we were told it was fully booked even though we were all inclusive. As all inclusive customers you are treated like you haven’t paid rather than having paid in advance. Also, LOTs of cats and people feeding them at the table. The staff do very little about it. The kids club didn’t open once even though we were there in the height of August and it was advertised. We were told there were four pools. There are only two you can use and the splash pool opens occasionally. There’s only one bar open at night and it can fit about five people in. All of the others are closed

Clean and well looked after.

Too many stairs and no elevators. The pool should be better managed to not have people leave towels and not occupy beds. Couldn’t get a bed all day every day bc they were ‘reserved’.

Struttura moderna, spaziosa. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di tutti i confort. Pulito abbastanza. Struttura pensata per i bambini con piscine molto belle e ludoteca. La posizione è la sua forza e la sua debolezza. La posizione sopraelevata permette alla struttura di godere di una vista stupenda, di contro per arrivare al mare bisogna affrontare una passeggiata. Nulla di che ma l’ultimo pezzo è piuttosto ripida. Colazione varia e buona

Die Pools sind wirklich sehr schön, wir hatten ein zimmer upgrade bekommen und hatteb eines mit zwei schlafzimmern, dieses war wirklich sehr geräumig. Balkon/Veranda mit Meerblick war auch sehr schön. Das Buffet hatte alles was zu einen guten und Frühstück gehört, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Doe Matratzen sind wohl schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Stadt und die Lage hat uns bur mäßig gefallen aber mit Mietwagen ist das kein Problem.
