pour votre information si vous arrivez trop tard même en prévenant par politesse et bien on vous facture 20 € !! oui ne cherchez pas à comprendre il s'agit d'une décision de la direction ? cela paye quoi ? personne n'a su me le dire bref voleur quoi !! et en plus c'est un etablissement san climatisation dobc vous payez 100 € la nuit sans climatisation une honte pour une residence senior !! eux doivent payer une fortune pour zero de confort !!

Bonjour appart hôtel tranquille Surprenant d être sur une senioriale sans en être informé Le site en face en travaux et pour un bâtiment neuf ne pas avoir de climatisation c est surprenant surtout pour des anciens 😂😂

"Ne venez surtout pas... "

Je vous le déconseille fortement... ce n'est pas un hotel, mais une residence. Vous sejournerez avec des personnes âgés, qui malheureusement n'ont pas toute leur tête et laisserons la télé au max toute la nuit, ce qui bien sûr vous empechera de dormir. Le pire cest que lensemble du personnel est au courant, de la femme de chambre au directeur, mais ils ne peuvent rien faire. Cest le siege qui decide... Alors je vous le dis, evitez cet etablissement si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit.

Accueil très chaleureux . Très belle appartement au calme avec tout le nécessaire ( petite cuisine bien équipée avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner). tout est très bien entretenu et la literie est parfaite . !!! ATTENTION !!! , l'appart'hotel est dans la résidence sénior Stella "La garance" et est mal indiqué sur Google Maps( j'ai passé 15 minutes a le trouver) donc recherchez plutôt la résidence pour sénior, vous trouverez plus facilement

Très bon accueil, le personnel est très agréable et arrangeant, on a demandé si on pouvait changer de chambre pour ne pas avoir la vue sur un bâtiment en construction et l'hôtesse d'accueil a fait le nécéssaire pour nous trouver une autre chambre.
