Great location literally a few steps from the lower ferry ! Comfortable and spacious! Needed a bit of tlc in terms of cleaning !

Views

It wasn’t very clean, had to hoover and clean the sofas because of hair etc especially the one by the front window. Looks like a dog had been sleeping on it. Bedrooms also not great.

"Absolutely brilliant apart from parking."

Parking was a problem due to very narrow road. There was no sign on the dedicated parking space, luckily we met some locals who told us where it was.

"Beautiful home in kingswear"

Loved the location, furnishings and views the property and grounds were beautiful. The property has everything you need for a self catering stay. Master bedroom was beautiful and had a balcony.

More steps than expected up to house, very narrow road unsuitable for most cars and therefore no parking near property due to this. You dont have access to the whole property, the ground floor which opens onto front garden with canons isn't yours for stay. For such an exclusive and expensively priced property that was disappointing.
