Das Hotel ist gut angebunden. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Man erreicht den Bahnhof Waverly ohne umsteigen zu müssen. Angenehm ist, dass die Fenster gekippt werden können, was in England keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Das Bad ist allerdings etwas eng. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und eine Grundausstattung für Tee und Instant Kaffee. Es gibt ausreichend Steckdosen, sogar eine für deutsche Stecker kompatible.

Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr umfangreich. Croissants werden nicht aufgefüllt, wenn der erste Schwung weg ist. Der Frühstücksraum könnte sauberer sein und das Personal besser ausgebildet. Manche liefen mit Schlafzimmerblick herum und wischten halbherzig Tische ab.
