The place is beautiful and calm

The food menu needs variety

All staff were polite

Many rooms were empty but still they did not let us check-in even 30min before 2pm. They wouldn't have lost anything by letting us check in. The rooms needs much maintenance aesthetically. It was dirty and smelling.then they changed the room.

This property is falsely advertised on booking.com as being 10 km away from Isha yoga centre when in reality it is 60 km away. They took a deposit for confirming booking and then refused refund when they were in the wrong for false advertising

good accommodation & Anand at the reception was helpful, Vivek was helpful at the restaurant, all the staff involved with room service were excellent, complementary water along coffee/tea in the room was good,

lack of access to elderly and physically disabled people, very steep roads and electric buggies required to transport luggage and senior citizens, very bad smell behind the swimming pool, needs more activities on site for children, the internal activity room needs an upgrade, elevator or lift required between reception and restaurant, I booked via booking.com from Uk and there was constant messaging from your team to pay advance for confirmation
