Everything was okay, except the morning buffet is way to expensive

Been given the same room #502 as last year. The breakfast was good to some extent but in fact can be improved a bit. I notice a hotel in Bangkok using an open Fidge seperately for Salad, Fruits & Yogurt/Desert which made it really fresh, however you'll need some space for that. The bath room is big & the twin beds are big enough for a big guy. The air conditioning is medium quiet for the lowest speed which can be improved a bit.

The maid should be improved as some days we came back couldn't find the remote TV & needed to call the reception. The mattress might need to be replaced as it wasn't as comfy as last year anymore, do inspect on them from time to time. The trash in the bathroom is too small & should use those sensor trash from Xiaomi instead which is now quite cheap for a 9L hand sensor trash

The staff were highly professional, caring and kind . Very quiet place , perfect for relaxation holidays. The cleanliness was outstanding. All stall were kind and competent. Special mention to the security guard at the entrance ;) The luminosity and space of the room was brilliant. Finally the quality of the food ( especially Thai food) is top notch. Croissant’s🥐 quality could be improved , I’m French so… 😁

HOTEL SOLD TO MINOR GROUP THAILAND, MANAGED BY THEIR SUBSIDIARY NH HOTEL ( FROM HOLLAND) COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT, CUT ALL COSTS REMOVAL OF ALL DRINKS IN FRIG. ONLY 2 BOTTLE OF WATER, GUESTS SERVICE NONE; STAYED MANY TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEAR RUN BY DUSIT GROUP. WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN.

NONE AS NEW GM NEW IDEA. SEE MY COMMENT AS ABOVE, NO SENSE TO REPEAT THE BAD EXPERIENCE.
