Check in staff were wonderful and simple. Staff always helpful and happy!

Someone in linen department or vendor is a heavy smoker and Permeates nicotine and some pills stunk of nicotine. We had to ask for replacement because we gagged from it!!!

I recently stayed at NH Hua Hin and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. One thing I especially appreciated is that the hotel is dog friendly, which made traveling with our pet much easier. However, there is an additional fee of around 1000 THB per night for bringing a pet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and enjoyable. The location is also nice for a relaxing stay in Hua Hin.

No English TV channels , only news, no YouTube, nothing, for a hotel that price!! I was sick for 5 nights there , with nothing to watch, pool area packed, tax and service charges make you food bill triple the price, NOT HAPPY
