Locația a fost foarte bună. Stație metrou in fața hotelului, zonă centrală cu toate avantajele, shopping aproape, gara aproape, distanță re,onabila de mers pe jos până la podul.peste Duoro.

Otelin konumu harika. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Tesis temiz.

Odalarda giysi dolabına ayrılan alan maalesef çok kısıtlıydı. Kıyafetlerimizi askıya asacak alan çok dardı ve kullanışsızdı.

מיקום מצויין, החדר מרווח מאובזר נקי ומעוצב.

קבלת הפנים של פקידת הקבלה שעשתה את הצ׳ק אין הייתה מאוד לא מסבירת פנים, ניתן מענה לא מקצועי בנושא הצ׳ק אין. לא ניתן כל הסבר על מתקני המלון והשרותים. חוץ מפקידת הקבלה שעשתה את הצ׳ק אין כל הצוות היה מאוד מסביר פנים. לסיכום ראוי שבמלון ברמת 5 כוכבים תהיה תודעת שרות לאדם הראשון שמקבל את פניך במלון.
