The location was very good, the staff was friendly, and the facility was nice, modern and in good condition.

The room didn’t have a safe, closet, or a dresser to store our belongings. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast, I think the quality of a free breakfast could be elevated without costing the company a lot.

La atención HORRIBLE fueron RACISTAS conmigo y con mi grupo nos trataron mal los de la entrada y nos robaron una parrilera que dejamos en la piscina nadie sabe dónde está y dicen que no pueden hacer nada. UN ASCO LA ATENCIÓN DE TODOS NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL RACISTA. El único personal que fue amable con nosotros fue un hombre llamado Juan del resto todos nos trataron mal NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL.
