Frühstück ganz OK. Mitarbeiterinnen freundlich.

Der Check-In war eine pure Katastrophe: Ich habe beim Online Check-In vorab eine Ankunftszeit um 15:00 Uhr angegeben. Bis zur Ankunft habe ich weder per Email noch per SMS einen Code für den Schlüssel-Safe bekommen. Beim Anruf der "Notfallnummer" (angeblich 24/7 besetzt) war niemand zu erreichen, nur der Anrufbeantworter. Nach etlichen Anrufen meinerseits (bei einem anderen AP-Hotel in Viernheim) habe ich dann endlich um 16:24, also fast 1 1/2 Stunden später den Code erhalten.

"Anstrengend weil man sich im soviele Sachen selber kümmern musste und keinen AP vor Ort hatte"

neue Zimmer, sauber

kein heisses Wasser zum duschen, kein Personal alles nur telefonisch, keine ausreichende Beschilderung der Zimmer, die Lage war gruselig, Hinterhof Charakter!
