Great view from the balcony. Room size was good. Live music during high tea was a nice add on.

Room details in this listing did not match the actual room. I paid for "Winter Green Premium room" which stated high floor with balcony. But, the "High floor balcony" turned out to be a "ground floor verandah" right by the car parking. They stated they were "unaware" of what was listed here. Finally, they agreed to provide a room with a balcony after much back and forth. There was cold air coming through a gap in the balcony door even though it was shut which meant heating was not as great as it should have been.
