Only the location was good rest everything was so and so. They should look into the cleanliness of the common gallery from where we enter rooms. It was very dirty at the time of check in .

We reached hotel around 4.30 pm. I already informed about check in time that we will reach around 3.00 pm. But room was not ready. No tea cups are available in the room. I called three times to house keeping them I went personally at the reception for it.

It was comfortable stay with them. Their breakfast spread n hi tea are your highlights. Plus the location was also the main attraction, you can just walk through the Mall Road

I feel room’s could have been a little better.

Prime location, center of the city at Mall Road,?the staff was friendly and well behaved

The rooms could be slightly larger , some of the essentials like shower cap, bath robs, bathroom slippers were missing. Some sort of construction was going on even in the night and was causing a lot of disturbance, eventually it was stopped when I reported it multiple times.

Food was very good at the restaurant. The staff were very kind and friendly.

The room and bathroom was too small for 3 of us. I wouldn't recommend it for 3 people.
