Clean and comfortable, good location

Not having a front desk is not ideal since it would’ve been nice to have someone to ask for information. We did not know about the mobility ticket validity area and wanted to take a day trip to nearby Zell am See, unfortunately we bought tickets to go there since it was unclear that the mobility ticket covers the whole state of Salzburg. Even asking on WhatsApp didn’t provide us with the necessary information and they recommended we check local sources so having a front desk would’ve been helpful. It was unclear how often the apartments get cleaned. During our three night stay there was no cleaning which was okay for a short stay but for longer stays it wouldn’t have been acceptable. Again, having a front desk with staff on site would have clarified a lot of our questions and helped us get around better.

The service was awesome despite being remote. Modern, comfortable and in a convenient location. The transport pass was a wonderful touch which shows a next level attention to detail. Would definitely stay again

This is highly recommended for anyone visiting Salzburg. It is a beautiful, clean and well located property. The unit is very cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super helpful staff. We really loved it and will return.

Clean and modern. Elevator and good laundry facilities. Excellent location near city center and locaated under the cliffs of Kapuzenerberg. Loved the balcony.

Just an utterly amazing stay worth every penny!!!
