"Great price, tedious check in"

Great location. My apartment was on floor 26, amazing view. Comfortable bed

The check-in process is a mess. It’s lengthy, monotonous, and challenging because everyone speaks only Portuguese. The studio is quite small, and the walls could benefit from some painting, especially the bathroom.

Boa localização, quarto espaçoso e com muitos utensílios

Muito confuso pra conseguir acessar o local. Eu pensei que fosse um hotel normal, pois já tinha ficado em outro Charlie. Mas na recepção eu já fiquei na rua, com medo e confusa. Essa modalidade pra quem nunca foi é complicada

Studio muito bom, mas o check-in foi uma experiência muito ruim. Só conseguimos fazer o check-in no dia seguinte e porque encontramos o perfil no Instagram, que foi nossa respondeu muito rápido e resolveu. Se conseguirem melhorar isso, será nora10.

"Bom lugar e ótima localização "

Estrutura do prédio e localização muito boas. O apartamento tem um bom tamanho e é confortável, mas senti falta de itens básicos como um ferro de passar roupa, uma vassoura, pá e pano de cozinha e pano de prato. O chuveiro parece estar entupido e a água sai muito espalhada, mas esquenta bem. Senti falta também de um filtro de água. Tem Netflix e Globoplay o que ajudou muito. O travesseiro pode melhorar também.

Terrible communication. We arrived earlier on the first day because our flight was changed and asked to check in early, but they didn’t allow it. The reception staff didn’t help at all, claiming they couldn’t do anything and that communication was only possible through WhatsApp. I had to book another hotel because they wouldn’t let us check in early, even though we were willing to pay for it. The Wi-Fi at reception was terrible, making it nearly impossible to register our fingerprints. On the last day, our checkout was scheduled for 11 a.m., but they shut off our water at midnight. We couldn’t shower or even brush our teeth, despite still having several hours before checkout. It was a terrible experience from start to finish.
