À la réception, malgré le fait que j'aie expliqué, et mon conjoint aussi, que j'avais fait la réservation, la personne au comptoir a préféré parler à mon conjoint et a pris son courriel pour envoyer les documents de confirmation. Le lendemain à la remise des clés, c'était la même histoire en plus du fait que cette même personne utilisé mon nom de famille pour interpeller mon conjoint plutôt que moi pour confirmer la facture, et ne trouvait pas mon adresse courriel (malgré qu'elle soit sur la réservation). En 2025, je trouve cette attitude sexiste et infantile.
