Apartamentos bonitos e modernos, atendendo perfeitamente a necessidade de quem precisa ir até Florianópolis a negócios! A localização é excelente, permitindo acesso às principais partes da cidade de maneira rápida e dinâmica. Com as fechaduras digitais, o processo de entrada no edifício é extremamente rápida e dinâmica. A garagem também é acessada via QR code, o que facilita bastante quando chegamos de viagem.

Um dos apartamentos locados apresentada um pequeno problema no suporte da televisão, o que inviabilizava manter a mesma em uma posição mais adequada para se assistir da cama. Não obstante, a garagem pode ser um pouco assustadora para motoristas menos experientes, demandando um cuidado elevado durante a entrada e saída da garagem.
