הדירה לא מתוחזקת בכלל, מצעים מטונפים, שמיכות עם כתמים, ריח צחנה בכל החדרים. סלון מיושן ומלוכלך. המזגן בחדר מטפטף, אין מזגנים בחדרי שינה האחרים וחם בלילה, רשתות מעולם לא נוקו. ואין מזגן בחלל המרכזי. חם מאוד בלי מזגנים. הבריכה לא נוקתה אף יום למרוד שדיווחנו על לכלוך. פינת מנגל מטונפת ולכן לא השתמשנו. שילמנו המון כסף וציפינו בסכום כה גבוהה לתחזוקה בסיסית וראויה.

The tap in the batroom upstrairs need a new washer, but the is a minor fix, overall very good
