Prima ontbijt, dame die dat runde was erg goed, heel vriendelijk en super efficiënt.

Kleine kamer en badkamer, slappe kussens. Werd erg warm in de kamer.

Die Hilfe der Helgoländer Botschaft

Ich kann es nicht bewerten, da wir das Zimmer nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Zum einen war die Putzfrau nicht im Zimmer und zum anderen hatte es Dachschrägen ( Mein Partner und ich sind beide über 190 cm groß ) . Da sah auf den Fotos aber anders aus. Sehr ärgerlich. Wir würden dann, dank der Helgoländer Botschaft in einem Apartment untergebracht. So war der Urlaub dann doch gerettet.

CheckIn und Checkout in der Botschaft sehr herzlich und problemlos. Frühstück von fast jedem etwas dabei. Bett bequem. Lage top

Etwas Schimmel im Bad, alles sehr veraltet. Bei dem Preis hätte ich Pflegeprodukte erwartet. Im Frühstücksraum sehr kleine Tische. Nutella hat gefehlt.

Die Lage des Hotels und das Zimmer waren ok. Die Rezeption des Hotels war im Nachbarhaus, die sollte man vorher wissen, denn das gesamte Personal ist der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ☹. Im Frühstücksraum werden Gäste von allen Häusern dieser Kette abgefertigt. Man kann es nicht anders sagen. Das Sitzen ist sehr beengt und mit den Dingen wie Wurst, Brötchen, Käse etc. kommt das Personal nicht nach das nachzulegen.
