The place is absolutely dated and everything about the interior was old, molding did not match the floors, sloppy painting, and the decor was god awful. Would not recommend this to anyone. We left a day early.

Third time staying and this time our room was just very dusty and didnt feel clean, very dated , lots of spiders inside everywhere

It's a personal problem 😕 I'm very much NOT anxiety-prone, but the drive up there was absolutely terrifying for me. No guardrails or shoulders, really steep drops

Amazing recreational area

We were assigned a Unit that was up a dangerously steep hill with a trecherous, uneven pathway. I am 77 and without my partner I would not have been able to bring my suitcase up. Down was even more dangerous. There is no lighting and therefore pitch black at night. The possibility that this might be the case was not disclosed, which seems irresponsible in the extreme. Many weddings occur in the area, which is why were here, so not everyone is prepared for challenging terrain.

The location is lovely. It is in the forest on the hillside. The sun filters through the trees in a lovely pattern. There are trails, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, a rock slide. Good restaurants are nearby. Too much to do in 3 days.

I didn't have enough time to do it all.
