Variety and goof breakfast

The elevator has announcement about opening the door etc.The volume is s high that it disturbed the sleep as I was given the room near the elevator... The room is good and spacious but the windows are not sound proof.. A lot of noise was coming into from the outside.... The staff at the reception should be courteous...and fast....the guy was not only rude but was slow also.
