Endroit sympathique et calme

Wij hebben hier enorm genoten van de omgeving ! De kamers zijn ruim en ondanks de warmte toch koel. Zeer goed onderhouden. Wij hadden een vogelnest aan de inkom en dit gaf wel wat vuil.

Overnight stay en route to the Pyrenees , The hotel consists of small bungalow type rooms grouped around a restaurant/reception area . The room was basic but very clean. Scandi style decor .The room had a concrete area with table and two chairs outside .We had informed reception in advance that we would arrive late. Keys were left in a safe box . After checking in we decided to go for a walk .The lake setting was the reason for choosing this hotel .The access to the lake seemed to be across the adjacent motor home parking area .Signposting was poor and the gate which may have led to access was locked.There were no instructions on how to gain access, so we returned to our room. There were no instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi, no password displayed .This was disappointing , as my husband needed to read work emails . Reception was closed and the restaurant staff could not offer advice , No menus for breakfast were displayed but when I asked the staff what was available for breakfast they shrugged their shoulders. They just.told me that it would cost fifteen euros each . Without more information ,we chose not to bother, My husband is a diabetic and needs to be sure that things are suitable , We left early ,as we had a long journey ahead , We would not choose to return to this establishment .

Great value, very helpful staff. Can’t recommend enough. We had a delicious evening meal and lovely breakfast. Just excellent.

Notre séjour à été satisfaisant. La propreté irréprochable. Le personnel responsable du petit déjeuner très souriant et aimable . Nous aurions souhaité, par contre juste un petit sourire ou mot sympathique d'accueil de la part de la personne qui était fixée derrière son ordinateur à notre arrivée. Un peu de chaleur humaine ne fait pas de mal.. Merci Peut être pas assez de places parking. Le soir nous devions nous garer sur l'herbe, mais ça n'est pas grave en soi. Sinon hôtel spacieux. Le plus la piscine et le spa. Merci. Michèle K.

Top et très beau site

Very very clean. Great stop-over on way to Alps… but clearly they have access to a large lake & water sports
