No clean towels brought to ro

The hotel was very nice and clean. Had a rattling noise all night so didn't sleep well at all.

Im Zimmer 253 gibt es eine Lüftung die man nicht abschalten kann die war laut in anderen Zimmern war sie ganz leise. Das Frühstück war typisch für USA. Nichts besonderes

The room was not the one listed and shown on Expedia. We were expecting 2 queens and couch are. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service for the staff especially the front desk agent. However, we felt disappointed that we have to pay for the parking. Also too little food choices for breakfast.

Very frustrated with the $15. parking fee. Yes, it was on the website BUT it was not obviously stated and was not included in the total cost of the room, which I had paid, in full, prior to arriving at the hotel. That, in and of itself, was a “good time” killer…not because of the $15 but because of the principle of the charge. It felt incredibly “under handed/deceitful. We travel a lot and have NEVER been charged a parking fee, except in Hawaii and we, both, know your hotel is NOT the same category as those found in Hawaii!! Sad…

Shower pressure is terrible

I told the person at the front desk, I already paid for the room, he still took my card and charged me for the room and incidentals. I am not sure how your network is set up, but I’m pretty sure it shows you if I paid for the room or not already.

I was disappointed in the parking. Hotel did not have a lot and had to pay $15 to park quite a distance away. Initially we were told we could only purchase one parking pass per room. I had my sisters coming in from many different areas. After some discussion we were told we could get one more pass. For this reason this hotel will not be convenient for future sister gatherings.

Nice and clean. Great place to stay in Eagan.
