Staff was friendly and helpful with both scooter and advice. The 2 pool areas is new and clean. The room was big and bright and the bed was soft. Over all an amazing place for a cheap price.

Poor service, no one cleaned the room when I was out for the day, no laundry service (even if I had specifically enquired before booking. Taking a shower was a risky business as the water was too hot or too cold and took ages to get to the toilet. Average breakfast. Very noisy as it’s beside the train tracks and building sites, and lastly it’s far from the centre so factor that in as you’ll need a Tuk tuk to commute for food and entertainment. Far from the river too.

Our stay started with the manager, personally helping us secure transportation from a remote location to the hotel. This was just the first experience that continued throughout our stay. The staff and leadership at the property were responsive, friendly, and professional.

I can't think of an improvement that would have improved our stay. The only minor challenge is that the property is not in the center of town. This ended up being a benefit because of the ease to get transportation anywhere we wanted to go, or a 15 minute walk into town was very easy. It was nice to have a quiet place to go home to and relax.
