Loved the location and parking place, able to arrive park car and walk into and around easily

Was a little tired ie some areas require a little attention… doors on kitchen cabinets, staircase banisters, also no full length mirror.

Lovely property and perfectly placed for a stay in Stamford . We visit family here so will use this property again . It was really clean . It Has a family homely feel about it and has a welcome courtyard garden. Very highly recommended. All contact was positive and helpful .

Location ideal for walking access to town directly across the meadow . Only used car 3 times in the whole week!. Liked little patio at back.

Maybe one more upright seat in lounge would have been nice, very soft low sofa /chair comfortable , but impossible for arthritic family member to climb out of!

Great size property. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Good size bed in single room.

Bathroom could be updated (shower screen instead of curtain and new bath panel). But all worked really well, great shower.

The location was perfect, The house was clean, plenty of cups, plates cutlery.

Needs a bit of TLC just a bit of painting and some things need replacing , but overall the house is lovely

all good. parking is a bit of a wiggle for a large van, but neighbours were very helpful.

superbly well situated for everything in Stamford, whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. A spacious three bedroom house with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The mattresses were OK now but won’t be soon - going for the cheap end of the spectrum may be a mistake. it was not clear where the free parking for one car was situated so we paid for both. I think that the details need updating please.
