Está convenientemente ubicado, en el edificio de la estación intermodal. Perfecto para ir y volver del aeropuerto en bus. Está a pocos metros del estadio San Mamés.

Alejado de sitios de interés como Guggenheim y casco antiguo, etc. Sin embargo muy fácil de llegar en metro a estos sitios.
