Sehr durchdachtes Konzept der Einrichtung und Beleuchtung. Bis hin zur Lichtgestaltung auf den Fluren. Sehr ruhig obwohl direkt oberhalb des Busbahnhofs. Toll, dass Zugang direkt über die Tiefgarage ins Hotel möglich ist. Achtung: es gibt in -3 nur ein Schild, das auf den richtigen Ausgang zum Hotel hinweist. Wir hatten es übersehen. Personal sehr freundlich

Alle Mitarbeiter bis auf 2 waren ausnehmend freundlich. Am Abreisetag hatten wir zwei Damen erwischt, die abweisend und unhöflich waren und den Eindruck vermittelten, man störe als Gast. Noch nicht mal auf die Begrüßung hielten sie eine Antwort für nötig und ich spreche Spanisch. Das trübt den ansonsten tollen Eindruck der Belegschaft etwas.

Uvicación excelente, centro de Bilbao al lado del estadio San Mames, parking bien integrado con el Hotel.

Recepción con problemas de obras, poco pernoal, para un supesto hotel de 4 estrellas, el trato de un alvergue juvenil, una persona en Checking un cola terrible, por el precio de una habitación noche 224.-€, esperabamos algo mejor, por cierto no tiene cafetería o Bar, cerrado, o tomas el Buffet o te vas a la calle...

L’emplacement idéal

LE PARKING - il est mentionné un parking mais attention c’est un parking public dans lequel aucune place ne vous sera réservé ! Nous venions pour un concert à San Mames, nous avons failli louper le concert, car pas de plus dans de place dans le parking….

La ubicación , las instalaciones nuevas y limpias

Por ponerle un “pero “ el desayuno del segundo día . Había mucha gente y faltaban cosas que tardaban en reponer .
