People in the reception doesn’t speak English very well it a Lillie bit dificult to talk with them

Very good stay and better than normal business hotels close by. Room is much bigger and more comfortable.

The property is very clean and managed well. The only thing I don’t like that it’s the room has washer but no dryer. I had to figure it out how to dry my clothes. I wish they have washer and dryer.

各職員態度良好有禮親切，晚上發現行李鎖壞了打不開，前台經理確認行李是本人後，即時替我找工具開鎖，而且開鎖碎片逐一拾回，免得傷到其他人，可見其細心。

Clean

room is clean and location is great.

Managed by Ascott, it is the lower levels of the same building sharing the same lobby however brand differently as the inside of the rooms are more basic than Ascott but otherwise new, clean and comfortable. Value for the price paid. Location wise its next to Zhong Xin Building and near the Guangzhou East station and part of the ICC building.

房間寬敞，只是洗手間較小。
